One question: Do the waitresses forget they work there and sit at the tables waiting for their food to come?
It is a good thing trying to help patients being functional, though...

He he he....I think that was a commemorative photo at the end of the 3-day trial. I am not sure to be honest, but I am pretty confident that the restaurant's owners probably had a few coordinators to supervise the waiters at all times ;)
