You definitely missed a good one as someone pointed out below: oil pulling with virgin coconut oil got rid of all my cavities in a month. Basically just swoosh the oil in your mouth for a few minutes then spit out. It was pretty much a miracle for me and I have been evangelizing coconut oil ever since!
