Suggested herbal solution for eczema

5- Carrot is one of the herbal solutions recommended for eczema. It contains and moisturizes the skin with vitamins. After 1 piece of carrot juice, apply with crushed and eczema. Rinse with warm water after waiting for about 1 hour on the skin. Practice it regularly every day.

6- Add 1 liter of watercress seeds and boil for 10 minutes. Wait for it to cool down and apply eczema to the skin with the help of cotton. Leave in the skin for 15 minutes and rinse with water. You should do it twice regularly every day.

7- The same plant soothe the skin with the enzymes it contains. Reduces pruritus and pity. Bake the same pure plant as tea. Let the infested tea sway and cool down. Apply to the skin with the help of cotton, wait for a while in the skin and rinse with water. It should be done regularly every day.

8- Add sage and thyme into 1 cup boiling water. Wait about 15 minutes for the dumplings. Infuse the tea with water and consume it before eating. It is recommended to be consumed regularly every day.

9- Milk relieves irritated skin and reduces pain and itchiness. Apply directly to the skin with the help of cold milk cotton. Leave in the skin for a while and rinse with water. It should be done regularly twice a day.

I have eczema since i was 12 13 years old now im 21 and still have eczema they never gone exactly but they are very small right now.. and you have very good info about eczema nice work. Merry cristmas to you buddy
