when it might be a different perspective required from an alternative professional whose deeper insight into specialized knowledge may reveal exactly what's going on and know how to fix it before shit gets really bad.

Yes indeed, It is always essential consult and have a second opinion from an alternative professional and a different perspective from true specialists who really know their shit better than any wacko self proclaimed "expert" within the mainstream health care and conventional western medical system out there. Who after all, they never see you like a patient but only like a mere client.

Had I not the initiative to seek chiropractic assistance, I coulda ended up rather fucked down the line.

I'm glad that you already intuited this and learned the lesson my esteemed @rok-sivante. Now, go on and get you next kickass 'massage' session with your lifesaver chiropractor no matter how an odd big osprey he may look. }:)

Cheers!! :)

What I have been glimpsing in the deep meditative state after waking up from sleep one day was that the physical condition which leads to my Astral bodie's final untethering from my physical body once I transition into "next life" will be an energetic breakdown in my Achilles tendon which will lead me "within a matter of seconds through the Astral realm into my new body."

The reason this will run down so smoothly is that doing the inner energy work during this life means that I won't need to do it after this life, allowing for smooth and harmonious transition in the most wonderful way.
In other words, the energetic breakdown in my Achilles tendon will be at the effect of my spiritual, psychological, emotional and mental bodies' readiness to leave, hence being in complete alignment with my Heart's longing.

So obviously, this is not revealing anything as to the exact 'When' and the corresponding circumstances, which is a good thing because I like the dance with Unknowingness. Yet when it happens it will be perfect and impeccable.

The reason I tell you this is because this piece of insight in a way unroots any existential fear some bodily ailment could potentially cause me, by knowing "this won't kill me, so I can relax and know it will pass".

Regardless, I was quite a bit startled when I had that deep revelation fully consciously :)

Fascinating.

Who would’ve thunk it’d be a tendon of all things... though also might be worth questioning whether that’s a fate set in stone, or perhaps some sort of vision meant to guide or that holds another purpose to guide in some way.

Either way, that does provide some interesting insight into the dynamics of transitioning out of this current physical body. Very interesting indeed.

Yeh, I guess it is a combination of all three points. And altogether I think it is the way my Soul finds best for itself ultimately, because on the one hand I will agree with the bodily cause, on the other there is still the dance of Unknowingness since I won't know the where, how and when. Only the degree of my Heart's longing to leave will be my indicator.
And I truly believe that this is going to be just perfect, because I was wondering several times whether I would want to know the exact details or not, now it seems to become a mixture of both. A few days later I felt Intuitive subconscious energy of mine in this regard, and it felt quite good, so I trust the process. :)

Only the degree of my Heart's longing to leave will be my indicator.

Such a mind-bender of a concept - that of longing to leave. Though I can relate, sometimes also sensing there may be a point where it feels business in this vehicle is complete, and/or just have run out of steam to keep on with the same game, it still is a somewhat unsettling idea - despite the paradoxical sense of peace in the idea of "returning home," or what will you...

I do appreciate your comments. Always excellent stimulation for contemplation. :-)

Yeah, the bridging that fills the 'gap' between 'business done/ longing to leave' and 'returning Home' in my case is the fact that I have been receiving insights into my next 'life' for about 5 years now by means of 'Universal dreams' I call them which we all have stored in our subconscious, accessible in our dream state or deep meditative state fully consciously.
I always wanted my transitioning to be as wonderful as possible in every aspect. Bodily, mentally, spiritually, emotionally. The practical energetic work to get there brought along most wonderful insights on the one hand, part of which were the insights into my next life, on the other hand it required me to deal with my deepest fears on the other. So in a way, if it hadn't been for my deliberate reprogramming in this regard, I probably wouldn't have received the insight with the Achilles Tendon for example because I wouldn't have been able to deal with that kind of insight since I wouldn't have been ready for it.

As to the longing: Simply try to imagine how it would feel if everything closest to your Heart and Soul flows forward out of your life. With every single piece leaving it will feel like a part of our Heart's and Soul's Home leaves to go elsewhere. Finally, all pieces closest to your Heart and Soul have shifted elsewhere, yet you are still there. I guess the most natural feeling then is: I don't feel like being at Home anymore, I too want to flow forward, to that place where all that closest to my Heart and Soul flew to. And when you know that the place you will flow to is exactly that place where your Soul and Heart wants to be, how big will that longing be? Heart explosion I guess :)

Thanks for the heads up on the ignorance people indulge in when it comes to one’s health. Truly health is wealth, only a sound mind can think effectively and a body in good health condition is actively productive.
Thanks for the enlightenment.

This isn’t part of the comment

I had recorded a song on the other space beat you sent to me , it’s kinda late in my part of the world at the time of this comment so I don’t have it online yet. I’d get it on dsound tomorrow definitely. It’s a privilege to work on your beat

Below is a YouTube link of the song, I’m having troubles accessing my dsound so I decided to get it on YouTube. I sent you an MP3 file through discord

Shivers bro...

Instant shivers/goosebumps/tingles all over my body as soon as your first note came in. And huge smile. :-D

The beat was an inspiration on its own . I’m glad you love it. It’s a privilege and I look forward to more with you.

For sure this is not good aspect to hear and in my opinion every individual may have some issues with the medical personnel and most of the medical personnel are impatient too when their work should be done with kindness.

Many believe doctors but literally speaking in many cases doctors ruined the lives of patients and in some cases played with peoples lives and it's really unfortunate to have that type of doctors.

And in my opinion the main root cause behind the flaws is, lack of verification system and increase in Corporate System means, in first case most of the people who are not qualified, they are becoming doctors and coming into the picture. And increase in Corporate System just creating an situation where common people are not getting chance of effective medical help because their fees is just sky touching.

The whole medical system have to change and in my opinion if we bring decentralisation then much effective systems can be brought by the communities instead of Centralisation where common people are suppressed from the all corners.

These words are appreciable and as you said, it can guide some people or it can open eyes of some people who are blindly moving and facing the flaws of medical field.

Wishing you an great day and stay blessed. 🙂

Back in 2015 I was diagnosed with the GN (Glomerulonephritis), a sort of kidney disorder. I remained admit in hospital for 23 days and in all those 23 days all the doctors were unable to find the exact disease. All the day they were taking my blood just to check what kind of disorder it was. Some said, boy got TB, some said, boy got high blood pressure issues and bla bla. After doing my biopsy they found I got Glomerulonephritis.

After 3 years of brutal medication, finally I feel good 90%. You beautifully versed it,

Sometimes we need multiple perspectives, because the first point-of-contact doesn't have the specialized expertise - regardless of what faith the masses have put in usual "health care."

Thanks for providing the positive energy @rok-sivante :)

I personally do not joke with health issues. While I have a bit more faith in modern medicine (surprisingly), I certainly am under no illusion of its flaws and the most effective way of looking out for myself has always been to get as much multiple views as possible.

I have personally seen someone misdiagnosed before and was treating an 'infection' when it was actually early stage cancer

You are really lucky to find out on time. Some never did, my cousin died due to wrong diagnosis. The first hospital where he was admitted diagnosed with yellow fever while all the while he had hepatitis B. The father after he remained unresponsive to treatment, tried to get a second opinion in another hospital, that was when he got the news that it was hepatitis B. By then it was too late as the liver was gone. The boy died and the father was heartbroken and furious.

putting a certain amount of trust in the "authority" of the system to give an honest assessment, they glaze over something that is not to be ignored

I couldn't agree more. It's so important to get a second opinion and persist - our bodies know something is up - we need to really take responsible for our own health as the health care system isn't necessarily going to back you until it's too late. My father (who had always been super healthy, by the way) went to get a lump checked in his groin, and the local doctor told him it was nothing. Dad trusted that advice as he figured he was talking to an expert. In hindsight, Dad knows he should have persisted as six months later it was bigger and he got a biopsy from another doctor who confirmed it was cancer. He's at the end of a long road of treatment that has worked for him in the end but recognises that trust in your local doctor is no substitute for trusting one's own feeling that something is not quite right. Multiple perspectives is a good idea. - K

Glad to hear your on the right track to well-being.

and good hear from you, has been a while... :-)

Well that's a close shave man. Good thing you are smart enough to check it out.

I ain't anti-medicine for it helped with my hyperthyroidism.

Dumb thing of me then was that I dragged it out before getting my diagnosis. I must have suffered it an additional 3 weeks or so for nothing.

I agree with you @rok-sivante, some of these physicians are just doing trial and error, they may not be sure of the illness they are diagnosing because they are still doing research it, so it is important you try several of them because one might be wrong and the other correct.

Good health is all you got to stay alive @rok-sivante great post

Good post..I am glad thers nothing major...
Take care of your health..
Upvoted and followed..
Have a great day...

I think this is just a matter of how we choose a good place, guaranteed, quality and really good for our health services. All we will find by consulting and asking people about the quality of a service place. We do everything to avoid cheating, poor health practices, uncomfortable places that make our illness worse.

I read it through, you have answered this question in the last paragraph. Good job sir ...

Thanks...

Hopefully you can have activities smoothly
Success is always for you @rok-sivante

@rok-sivante i am agreed with you .
