  1. Have A Heavy Meal
    When you have a heavy meal, it’s usually high in carbs. There are chances you will feel sleepy and lazy after eating it. Your energy levels will go down and you might not enjoy yourself in bed. Heavy food can also make you gassy. To avoid embarrassing situations, make sure you have a gap of around 1-2 hours between the meal and sex.

  2. Drink Too Much Alcohol
    No good ever comes out of drinking too much. Not only will it dull your senses but it will also make it difficult for you have an arousal. Drinking alcohol reduces your chances of getting an orgasm and you definitely don’t want that! Though, you can have a glass of wine or two before having sex. It’ll help you loosen up and will also set the mood.

    Masturbation right before sex might not be a good idea. It’ll be too tough for you to get an erection immediately and well, you won’t be able to have sex at all then. For a woman too, if she masturbates right before sex, she won’t get turned on and might not enjoy it as much as she would have otherwise. Make sure you have at least 3-4 hours gap between masturbation and sex.

    Well, one should never say no to exercising, but believe us, it’s not ideal if you want to sex right after it. Exercising makes you sweaty as well as tired. There’s no point of indulging in sex when you won’t be able to perform well since you’ve lost all your energy exercising. Sex is an exercise already and you really don’t need to overwork those muscles right before it.

  3. Having An Anti-Allergy medicine
    If you are on an anti-allergy medicine, avoid having sex or just don’t take one right before having sex. Anti-allergy medicines tend to make you drowsy and low on energy. They also lower down your libido and you might not feel as aroused as you would have otherwise. So, if you are allergic to something for which you need a medicine, the ideal thing to do would be to skip having sex that night and save it for later.
