Thanks! If 10-20 minutes is too long start with 3-7 minutes and work your way up from there. You can also try it during a quick shower. Any amount is better than none. :)

Cheers! Maybe I'll give it another shot. When I was doing it at the 20 minute level I just wasn't noticing results.
