How to stay healthy in summer

We all have a tendency to be sick in this unbearable summer. Currently, my city temperature is now 39 °C | °F. As temperatures rise, the human body temperature continues to rise. So this time it is very necessary to keep your body temperature normal. Below are some tips are given that can be able to keep your body temperature normal and also keep you away from illness.

Reduce physical exercise :


Reduce the amount of physical exercise. Exercise will increase your body temperature .Forget about getting scratched through exercise; Rather keep this thought away for winter. Take a walk in the open air or swim some early in the morning. Take bath early in the morning.

Drink water :

Due to hot weather, sweat came out from our body with plenty of water. You have to drink a lot more water to fill that water. Apart from this, the body temperature increases in naturally. Want to keep body cells alive? Muscle can not work properly when there is lack of water in the body. So keep up with whatever is in the tropical heat, with plastic bottled water. So wherever you go, keep a bottle of water with you.

Stay away from fatty foods :

Forgot about different meats, eggs, and fat foods. Eat liquid foods, You see the body looks pretty fresh.Put at least one vegetable item in your daily food list. If you sweat so much, then eat saline, Cobbled water, watermelon as much as you can.

Choose light-colored clothes

Dark color absorbs the sun, that's why dark color clothes increase our body temperature. Light clothing absorbs less sunshine and reflects it.

Take shower several times :

To maintain your body temperature take bath several times in a day. Especialy you can take bath before going to sleep at night, you will get better sleep.

Some people prefer the heat or cold. I prefer the heat, but not too hot. This is practical, but powerful advice for staying healthy. I like the point about adding a vegetable to your diet and not eating fatty foods. Also, cold showers really help keep your body temperature normal. Cheers.

In the summer we have to be careful and drink enough water in order to stay hydrated. Eating vegetables and fresh fruits like water melon. Take a shower is a must.

  1. Unbearable Summer or Winter: people often get sick because of quick changes in temperature... bacteria thrives on quick changes in temperature.

  2. Drink Plenty of Water: water not only hydrate the body... but also flush toxins and bacteria away. Add a slice of lemon/lime to water when ever possible... the acidity kills most common bacterias.

  3. Healthy Food/Non Fatty: Fatty foods carries a lot of toxins, such as bacteria. Fat stores hormones injectected by food industries to increase productivity. Natural chicken takes 3 months to mature.... hormones injected chickens takes 5 weeks.

  4. Light clothing: it let your body regulate temperature much more easily without additional heating during summertime.

  5. Take a shower: Water wash away bacteria and toxins... often twice a day is more than enough.

Oh God the summer is starting :( The most people love it, but I prefer the winter. Love to watch the rain from the window while drinking a hot cup of coffee and having my kitty beside me :)

Well I drink a lot of water in all seasons. I feel thirsty all the time and dont enjoy soft drinks. I take at least 2 times shower per day and have a lot of smoothies in the summer days. I dont really tolerate the temperature higher than 36C and stay mostly indoors.

The temperature is already changing now as the spring has started and we will have fun lol

I think drinking water is the most important part. Making sure you stay hydrated when it is hot outside should be the number once concern. Drinking water even when you aren't exactly thirsty will keep you from getting dehydrated! If you wait until you are already thirsty, it is unfortunately a bit too late! Also make sure that you are taking in enough electrolytes when temperatures gets like this!

Great tips. Keep up the great work. I would just like to add that when it comes to physical exercise, we just have to make sure that we breathe through our nose(not gasping for air) and increase our capacity this way. Also ending the session with stretches and Shavasan (corpse pose) will help in cooling the body down. Exercise will have to be done early in the morning or after 5 in the evening.

There is some good information here, however, I do disagree with the physical activity.
Stay hydrated, YES, but, avoiding exercise is never healthy.

Coffee with lemon and ice. This beverage help to refresh the body.

In my city, on the contrary, I present to you what you can do when the temperature is pleasant, below 40 degrees, since in my city it is hot all year round
