Avocados know to be a delicious and satisfying food can according to researchers also help in delaying or preventing diabetes. Researchers team led by Prof. Paul Spagnuolo, have shown how a compound found only in Avocados can inhibit cellular process that normally lead to diabetes. The research team also found that the substance was absorbed into the blood with no adverse effects in the kidney, liver or muscle.

Avacados are delicious. The best avacado juice I had was in Dubai. My parents passed to me quite a unique way to eat avacados that is mixing condensed milk with avacados. It is delicious except the diabetis scare due to the condensed milk. Once in a while should be ok 😁. Lastly the biggest and cheapest avacados that I know is originated from Tawau.
