Well it's two three runs and three to four circuit sessions for me, mornings, got to be at the same time, before work works for me, around 7.30, earlier when it gets lighter, then yoga three to four evenings before bed.
I aim for 10K a day steps but I think I average around 9K. Got to build this naturally into yer daily routine, otherwise it's a bit dull.
Allotment helps too, that's good exercise but only what 8 months of the year.
I think something fun like paddle boarding is the way to go too, I may even take that up myself if I ever have a bit of spare cash.
Oh, and IF of course, if you're feeling middle class, aka skipping breakfast if yer too poor to eat three meals a day.
You are doing great sir!
How many hours do you think the runs, circuits, and yoga amount to?
Paddle-boarding got me in pretty good shape last year and my back n core have lost a bit due to the not so fun cold water months - I can't think of an exercise like a good stroke of a paddle, and them rowers god some big shoulders!
Exercise at 7:30 and skip breakfast? Not for me! Since I moved here though and evening meal is later it's possible to go to 10/11 am without anything solid. I start getting grumpy after that.
It must be at least 10 hours a week in total.
You gotta just blast past those hunger pains. If you can get through until 14.00 it becomes easier!
You'll be going for a while yet!
