We always listen our greatest wealth is our health. And it is really true. If today we taking forgranted our health in future health will take our life forgranted.
Today i am giving some tips about oil as it is important for our heart health.
Many times people are coming to me which oils we should use, how much we consume, as there are 1000 of options are avilable in market. In which olive oil is over hyped. What soever oil we use that should in less quantity as thumb rule as whole 1/2kg per person per month. And switch your oil after each 2 to 3 months for a normal person for healthy heart. Yes it is different in case of diseases.
Guys have you ever noticed that food vendors where we eat out or sometime at our home reusing oil for snacks which is more harmful than using more amount of consumption. Hope my effort for reusing oil and its side effect on health spread awareness and next time when you eat any snack out or at home .it will give you one time think.
