my blog is all about fitness and massage is crucial. I try to get a massage every 2- 3 weeks and in the mean time I use a foam roller or a lacrosse ball and roll it across my back and thighs.

That's an excellent tip, @reejfromdallas--there are lots of great tools to do massage on yourself or others!
