@shishiristi, you need your iron and b12 for sure a young body is growing fast, especially at 14, your body systems are maturing and require high amounts of proper nutrients. Plus mental health is impacted when you do not get the correct nutrition, especially in our teen years we can suffer anxiety and depression. When you do go vegan you should be very careful, it is hard to get enough iron (women and children) and b12, and I think you have a smart Mom <3
