New Years resolutions can be so.....for lack of a better word, fake.
So, I started this year with some extra stuffing that I wanted to loose. In fact I have a total of about 50 to 60 lbs I would love to loose but its been hard especially when you totally fuck up 2 months of the low carb with one month of holiday eating.
Starting strong this month though, this time I feel loke I have the motivation to suceed and just yesterday I had the thought, why don’t I share this journey with my fellow Steemians!
I’ll be trying out a low carb diet once again. I say again because I have lost over 90lbs before but after getting a back injury, I let all my hard work go to waste. Now I’m ready to get my lean body back.

Steak with just some garlic salt and pepper.
Asparagus, shitake mushrooms, red peppers and onions sautéed in olive oil make one delicious plate of veggies.
Thats what a lot of my meals will look like. I’m starting at 289lbs lets get that down to 215!!
