Train Like A Champion

Creating a workout routine that leaves you feeling strong takes practice, I have found, that after several years of hitting the gym, I am still formulating my perfect routine. In order to find out what works best, you must be willing to put in the work. Only through the process of trial and error, will you start to see the results you desire. Properly exercising entails putting your self through discomfort, if it were easy, everybody would be in tip-top shape. Working out on a daily basis will make you feel great on the inside and out, allow you to grow past your limitations, and it will bring a sense of accomplishment you cannot find anywhere else. What I have listed here, only scratches the surface of what is possible when it comes to exercising.

I am consistently surprising myself with my capabilities and improvements each day I exercise. The moment I started taking my workouts seriously, I truly started to see my life change for the better. Each time I hit the gym, I walk in strong, and walk out stronger. Many people allow themselves days off when they feel too tired, too weak, or too sick, but those are the days when champions train. Put yourself in the mindset of a champion every time you exercise and train with a single purpose, the purpose of growing stronger.

Thanks for your inspiring posts. It's a great time of year, with a fresh start, to try implementing new routines. Having a plan makes a big difference in what you can accomplish.

You're welcome @cookit! 2018 is the year for success, and a plan is all you need.

Been training for years, on and off, did nothing LOL. I guess consistency is key.

It really is! I always feel I can push myself harder after working out day in and day out. It's when I take time off that I feel I am going no where!

I have found for myself that creating a complex plan simply does not work. What works for me is dedicating myself to an idea. My idea is that I have to earn things in life and that I can only reward myself when I have earned it. I do not get into bed at night untill I have given that day everything I have.

That is such a great philosophy and a great way to live @cryptoprupp! I am finding that Steemit is full of very motivated individuals, lets all keep up the hard work!

Consistency and mindset is truly the fundament of any exercise-regime, once you have those to in place there really is nothing stopping you from taking your training to where you want it to.

Overall good post, especially like "walk in strong, walk out stronger", would say that's true for anything in life. "Smooth sea never made a skilled sailor".

Otherwise, if you're into travelling, fitness, self-development etc feel free to check out my channel, in any case keep up the good work and I'll see you around! 😄

I agree that consistency and mindset are the fundamental components of any exercise-regime and would even take it further and say that they are the fundamental components of just about anything we pursue in life! Your thoughts are very insightful!

agree a 100%, right back at you :)

I love that quote and they are both so true! Thanks for the great reply @williamwest! I will follow you and watch out for your posts!

I've also experienced the feeling of not wanting to push myself past a certain barrier. I've found that the hard you push past each barrier the stronger you will be for the next one to present itself! Thanks for sharing this!

You're welcome @dividendgrowth! Yes, placing these barriers in front of ourselves are the very challenges that make us strong!

If a person is upset by something he is not comfortable with himself and in his own
Nothing will benefit from sport

I agree, I believe you need to be in a good place mentally in order to excel physically.

Good work!
I wanted to add the importance for jump rope. Jump rope in my opinion is very underrated when it can bring significant results when it comes to cardio, weight loss and overall conditioning. Not to mention that it is used for training in hardcore sports such as boxing or mixed martial arts (MMA). It can also be use to lose significant belly fat.

Jumping rope can be extremely beneficial for your health! Great feedback, thank you very much @juv79505! I have used this exercise a couple of times in my workouts but I definitely should be more consistent with it! Crazy how a simple workout could grant such amazing results!

You are very welcome :) !

I agree! I’ve found that the hardest days of working out always lead to the best gains both mentally and physically. The bigger the hurtles we place in front of ourselves, the stronger we must grow to jump over them. Thanks for sharing this 🙏🏽

You're welcome @khaleelkazi! Totally agree! Keep getting stronger every day!

I have to admit that working out is really healthy and makes you overall a stronger person both physically and mentally. There is a good sentence that bodybuilders tend to use and that is "If your muscles don't burn then you are doing something wrong" .

Keep up the great work and I'm looking forward to your next posts = )

Perfectly put @castbound, I couldn't agree more! Looking forward to sharing more with you!

A workout "high" is the best drug!

Yes! Such a great feeling after leaving the gym!

Very good to do exercises, also makes you distract and de-stress, I do exercises and it really makes you feel so good, even at home you can do it

Absolutely, the beautiful part about exercise is that it can be done anywhere, anytime. Love the attitude @yesslife!

It is true that when you exercise regularly, the results are positive and wonderful, and the good food contributes to improving those results..
