So this is the cool part about intermittent fasting, there is no defined amount of time that you need to go without eating. You should begin with whatever feels best and works with your schedule. Once you have done this you can begin experimenting with new time intervals and such! Right now I choose to intermittent fast 3-4 times a week and I'll go about 8-10 hours without eating.

3-4 times. I will start with once a week after the holidays

Will do that. I just hope i dont skip some days, like i do with exercise.
