I get all my veggies and nutrients from wild plants and trees all over the Earth. They are picked and instantly dehydrated to stop the oxidation and loss of nutrients. It's so easy to get my daily needs of all vitamins and minerals with a little scoop of powder mixed in a glass of cashew milk. The only downside is paying $200 a month for other people to do the hard work of getting my containers of powder to me. But it is still well worth it.
