Thank you for this post. Correlations or even causation between nutrition and skin health is a topic I always mean to research, but forget whenever I would have time. Maybe I would have figured it out once I arrive at Zinc with my nutrition data articles, but it's good to know now. Thanks, I'll try to eat more seafood ^^
