Today was better!
Greek yoghurt with muesli and blueberries
Bread with garlic spread
A few bits of chocolate
A salad with lettuce, corn, cucumber, a few slices of gilled chicken, avocado and a honey/mustard dressing
A wrap filled with some of that salad
A light dinner, based on the only stuff my nauseous boyfriend felt he could eat today.
Better is better. Hope he feels better soon.
