Thank you for this amazing article!! Do you have any advice on Massage during fasting? I am starting a fast today and I wonder how it may help the detoxifying process.

Massage is great during fasting! It helps the detox process, as does fasting obviously. It's possible that getting massage would make you feel temporarily ill as it releases more toxins into your body. That's actually a good sign because you're getting all that stuff out of your system. Drink lots of water; hydration is key!

Oh, thank you! I will drink a lot of water. Do you recommend Deep tissue over Swedish style?
