hello everybody and welcome to my post about how I stay healthy and pretty muscular. I'm going to give you a couple of tips to achieve your fitness goal.
tip 1: nutrition is key
If you want to change your body and become in good shape, people say often that the key part is training. But it actually isn't. 30 procent is training the other 70 percent is nutrition. Although it is not through that if you don't train but you eat well you will get in good shape. If you really want do get in good shape you have to do both.
tip 2: set goals
A thing that can really help you is to set goals. Daily goals, weekly goals or even monthly goals, they all help. It really motivates for example: I have a smartwatch which track my steps. My goal for the day most of the time is 10.0000 and when I see it is already 6 o'clock and I only have 5.000 steps. I go out for a walk to get my 5.000 steps still remaining.
tip 3: sleep/rest enough
This speaks for itself but is a really important one. Let me explain. When you train you break down your muscles after you trained your muscles will repair themselves and become better. But when you don't take rest when your muscles are repairing you will break them down again which is not good for them.
