Ingredients
1 lb. asparagus, stalks cut
2 tbsp. extra-virgin vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Red pepper flakes, for garnish
Kosher salt
2 c. sliced cheese
Grated cheese, for garnishDirections
In a giant bowl, toss along asparagus, olive oil, garlic, juice, and oregano. Season with salt and red pepper flakes.
Lay out four items of foil. Divide asparagus between foil, then sprinkle cheese into the middle of every. Fold foil to seal packs.
Heat grill to medium-high. Grill packs till asparagus is tender and cheese has liquid, concerning quarter-hour.
Garnish with additional red pepper flakes and cheese, if using.
