Great article!
I think what a lot of people tend to forget about their medical conditions is the importance of non-drug therapy. Stretching, yoga, exercise in general, healthy diet, and breathing are all excellent ways to reduce stress and help with anxiety. These are just as important, if not more important than most drug therapies. A pill doesn't fix everything.
That's right.
Drugs only solve one issue but end up causing another with their by-products.
Like they say nothing goes for nothing and nothing good comes easy. I hardly rush into using drugs or pills when don't feel alright. Many people also fail to understand that they do have disease fighting cells and they turn their attention to drugs the minute they feel anything abnormal.
Totally. There are a lot of things that can be done for very cheap or free to aide our issues. I am not one to push for medication. However, some cases do need it.
