This is very interesting, I’ve not been a very good fan of fasting of any kind. Infact I eat anytime I feel like chewing something and this has got an effect on my packs. Yeah I have a round pack now instead of six but i think I’ve got to inculcate the habit of fasting, intermittent fasting to be precise. Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s quite helpful to me cause I want my six packs back 🙈
