Then we have tomatoes which by the way have a coms pound called lycopene which is what give the tomato its anticancer properties too,you see studies have found that lycopene in tomatoes may help to reduce your risk of prostate cancer also and cooked tomatoes have a higher amount of lycopene too so if you use can tomatoes make sure you watch the sodium read the labels i myself use no salt added ones,then we have good old Garlic which is very powerful you see the allicin in the garlic has shown to kill cancer cells in many test tube studies,plus studies also found that garlc just might lead to reduce your risk of getting stomach and prostate colkrectal cancers,plus garlic has shown that it may also help with lung cancers too.but again more studies are needed,i myself take fresh garlic every day,i just cut up about 12-15 grams let itsjt for like 5 mins then chase it down with some raw honey on a spoon and then wash it down with water.
