Well you see if your blood triglycerides goes to high will cause many health issues and most of the time you can control thing just by changing your diet for one thing avoid trans fat which you will fine in processed foods you see you will fine trans fat in like fried foods and also baked goods which is made with
hydrogenated oils plus this crap will increase your bad cholesterol levels and also heart disease one should eat fatty fish at least twice a week like salmon plus eating salmon twice a week can lower your triglycerides significantly plus you should eat other fish like herring and tuna and mackerel all very high in omega3 fatty acids which will lower your triglycerides and help to prevent heart issues,now you should increase your intake of unsaturated fats that are in things like olive oil and nuts and also avocados.

how can I measure blood triglycerides?

Well you can go to your doctor for a blood test or you can try home cholesterol home test kit but they are not as good as getting a blood test from your doctor but you can try the home kit
