Eating The Correct Diet such as a Vegan Diet
Our mission is to help people feel good, not only about their appearance but also about their health through exercise and eating a vegan diet. All the work and exercise we put into improving our physique will be wasted when we inevitably encounter illness and disease.
Is an essential factor for staying in shape that most of us overlook. Recently, science has been showing us that a plant-based diet is the most effective way to reduce your risk of being overweight.

Meat contains high levels of saturated fat and cholesterol. In comparison to a vegan diet, which have no cholesterol and very little saturated fats found only in certain plants. In addition, plants such as avocados contain healthy fats, which are digested much faster than fats found in animal products.It's not only meat that we should be avoiding, dairy and eggs also have high levels of saturated fats. Not only do eggs increase our chances of being overweight but they also significantly increase our chances of atherosclerosis (heart disease). Reducing your life expectancy just as much as smoking 5 cigarettes a day for every egg we eat.

Is There Any Evidence Supporting a Vegan Diet?
Yes! Plenty, for instance, the 'World Health Organisation' has categorized meat as a class 1 carcinogen. Which is in the same category as smoking and is just as effective ay causing cancer! Also, it is a known fact among the medical industry that meat contains cholesterol and saturated fats. Both contributing to the build-up of plaque in our arteries and the development of cardiovascular diseases like heart disease.

Not only has animal products been proven to be extremely unhealthy for us but plants have actually been proven to reverse the disease that animal products cause! This information is not even new, it has been around for a while and has been peer-reviewed by many credible doctors. There have even been many documented cases of people completely reversing our biggest killers like heart disease.
