What is Yoga? Why Is It Such A Big Deal? Why this post?

Most of you have heard about Yoga or perhaps even tried it yourself. Yoga was once limited to the Indian subcontinent but is now practiced around the world. Most of us think of Yoga as some form of physical exercise to stay fit. Well, that is not wrong, but there is more to yoga than simply burning some calories and staying fit.

Yoga is over 5000 years old Indian knowledge that can help you cure severe diseases and achieve a heightened sense of self-enabling you to live a more fulfilling life. As you begin to understand yourself better, you start forming more meaningful relationships while profoundly improving your existing ones.

Yoga can help you cure diseases and conditions such as chronic pain, asthma, obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, and even paralysis. There is an increasing amount of evidence to verify these claims. According to a study published by Frontiers in Human Neuroscience, Yoga can prevent aging of your brain and help you remain young.

Yoga is not only for those who are unwell or are in search of divine, but it is also for the likes of us who are under stress, perhaps because the price of bitcoin is down today. A right practice of yoga will reduce stress, boost confidence, reduce blood pressure, improve posture, and more.

Why am I writing this post? I have been practicing Yoga since I was 12. There have been years when I was not doing it daily, but it would be safe to say I have stayed in touch with it and reconnected in last five years. Starting next week, I will share 2-3 yoga exercises, starting from the basic to the expert level. You will find the correct method to do it, the benefits of doing that pose, and which disease it can cure.

I hope everyone will benefit my posts and you’ll share any insights or queries. I believe my post will help you lead healthy and fulfilling lives by taking very less time.
