Vitamin D
We are all aware of the fact that solar energy is essential to make life on earth (at least what we know today) sustainable. Vitamin D is crucial for our health and we should be exposed to the Sun more often, and i'll explain you why.
Namely, vitamin D has many positive effect of on our health in general. Hundreds of current medical studies show that is has a tremendous potential as protection of most common deseases.
Vitamin D reduces the level of bad cholesterol, helps protect against diabetes and heart disease, relieves pain associated with fibromyalgia, protects against senile macular degeneration of the eye (the main cause of blindness in older people), relieves psoriasis symptoms, improves male fertility, reduces the risk of caries, colon cancer, malignant skin cancer melanoma, aggressive breast cancer, rhinitis, osteoporosis and depression.
Recently, scientists have found that the immune system in the body can not be activated without this vitamin. We can say that he has three central functions: he regulates the immune system (defenses of the body's ability), regulates cell growth (which is especially important when it comes to malignant diseases, but also the treatment of skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis) and regulates the hormonal balance.
Some interesting facts
Sun's vitamin can really protect us from the disease, but in order to benefit from it, we need to bring far larger amounts than the daily recommended dose.
1.Experts recommend between 400 and 800 International Units (IU) of vitamin D per day to meet the body's needs, but when we talk about increased needs to reduce the risk of developing malignant diseases, the intake of sunscreen should be considerably higher. Associated American researchers found that the intake of 4000 to 8000 international vitamin D units could lower the risk of breast cancer, colorectal cancer, multiple sclerosis and type 1 diabetes.
2.It is almost impossible to get adequate amounts of vitamin D from diet. Exposure to sunlight is the only safe way to get enough vitamins.
For comparison you need to drink 10 glasses of milk (which is enriched with vitamin D), dayle, to get the minimum amout in to your body.
3.We can't absorb Vitamin D if glass is standing between us and the Sun. Try to spend more time in nature when you'll have a chance.
4.The longer you live from the equator, the longer you need to be exposed to sunlight to get enough vitamin D.
5.People with dark skin need 20-30 times more sun exposure to get the same amount of vitamin D as people with white skin. Because of this, prostate cancer is very widespread among dark skined people - this is due to the lack of vitamin D.
6.Chronical lack of Vitamin D can not be solved overnight. It takes moths and months of exposure to restore this vitamin into bones and nevous system.
7.This most important vitamin is completely free. The organism creates it alone with the action of the sun's rays.
According to the International Foundation for Osteoporosis, the lack of vitamin D is a global health problem. It was found that 52 percent of Europeans suffer from vitamin D3 deficiency, and in some northern European countries this figure is up to 75 percent of the population. It is estimated that the demand for vitamin D3 status in the body is growing at the global level as a result of increasing knowledge of medicine about the harmful consequences of the lack of this vitamin.
What can you do?
Reasonable exposure to sunlight is a simple and free way to get enough vitmin to improve your health, even though avoid beeing exposed when Sun is on its peak. Exposure to sunlight can drastically reduce the percentage of chronic diseases in the world. Sun exposure is truly one of the most powerful therapies whose effect exceeds the function of modern medicine.
Lotions
Although they are trying to impose a thesis on how the sun is not good and how it causes cancer, more and more people are beginning to understand the truth. Like its not enough they are covering our sky with fucking chemtrails make it impossible for Sun rays to reach the ground. Perhaps this is another depopulation tool.
The Environmental Working Group (EWG) released research results this year, revealing that 75 percent of the 2000 tested creams and lotions contain harmful chemicals that increase the risk of cancer and other diseases.
source
According to report many lotion ingredients get into the blood, and some of them has toxic effects. One of those lotions under the exposer of the Sun releases free radicals that damages the skin, while others act as estrogen and block hormons and could cause allergic reactions.
"A recent study published in Environmental Science Technology also showed that the usual ingredients of lotions - oxybenzene, methoxycinamate and PABA - are related to cancer estrogen."
So my main point is : Fuck lotions, avoid exposing the sun when its on it peak, try to spend as much time in nature as possible and you will improve your health for sure. Hope you enjoyed!
very nice post, thanks for sharing with us.i learn many think from this post.

Vitamin D is of great benefits to the body and can be gotten from the early morning sun ☀.
I agree with everything written in this post about the benefits of sunlight exposure in producing Vitamin D. However, I can not stress enough how important it is to avoid sunlight exposure during midday specifically from 10a - 3p due to the significant increase of harmful ultraviolet radiation reaching Earth’s surface. Where I’m from, in South Florida the UV index is almost never below 10 during midday. The ozone layer is clearly not filtering out the UVb and UVc radiation as it once did. Dane Wigington @ www.geoengineeringwatch.org has more information about this topic including readings from a UV meter to backup what is being said. Good article and as always seek the truth my friends.
I did mantion that we need to avoid being exposed while Sun is on it's peak, even though i should have mantioned a bit more. Thank you for the time :)
Seek the turth is my mainly occupation, thats why i named myself that way.
Excellent and very instructive post, keep writing man! :)
Thank you for the support :)
helps protect against diabetes and heart disease. I didn't know about this. Thank you are sharing this, I learnt something today from you. Thanks so much, I guess I will start spending few time in the sun but not for long
They don't want us to know about its true benefit in order to make money!
Btw tnx for stoping by, appreciate it!
Good post @ocupation thanks for sharing and some of the benefit of vitmain D is follow
vitamin D might play an important role in regulating mood and warding off depression. In one study, scientists found that people with depression who received vitamin D supplements noticed an improvement in their symptoms.
It is logical conclusion, i feel pretty good while exposed to sun and its energy. Don't you? Than you for sharing your time with me. :)
First time reading one of your posts, i enjoyed it very much! Mainly because it's my kind of post
I think you meant the further you live.
I've stopped using sun lotion to block out the sun, i prefer to increase my sun exposure daily and let my body increase the production of melanin than using son lotion.
My physiology teacher spoke about this last year and told us that there have been studies that say a % of the population actually has a enzyme that decreases vitamin d production, this from a evolutionary viewpoint makes sense, we used to be out in the sun all day long, but now we mostly stay indoors which doesn't make any sense.
Thanks for searching, another thing you should research too is sunglasses, i've seen some controversy about that too
I will most definitely do a researches, thanks for stopping by :)

For this reason, we should turn off all the screens and get our children outside. A great way to make getting outside fun is to teach them how to munzee. Munzee is a geolocation game based on QR codes. You can check out my blogs for more information on this. Getting outside is so important. There are so many ways to do this, such as geocaching, fishing, hiking, canoeing, and other ways. I love the outside!
We should all be able to find some time for connecting with nautre, after all we are nature. Will stop by in upcoming time :)
good to know
Lol
I like how you explain the subject!
