I can relate to that. I’ve dealt with experiences that almost broke me, after overcoming them, I feel stronger. I feel like I can now conquer the world lol.
Dealing with fear and negative memories could be rather hard sometimes. I basically just channel happy thoughts. I try to be positive by focusing more on happy thoughts.
So happy you overcome this difficulties.
