Always keep these 10 medicines in your home :

1. Paracetamol

First you can eat a paracetamol for fever. If the fever increases (<103 Degree Ferhanate) or more than 3 days, then show the doctor. However, refrain from eating paracetamol when stomach ache, yellowing of the eyes or yellowing or any other symptoms of jaundice.

Without any risk, the tramadal pain killer can be taken. Even Asthma patients can take it.

if your diarrhoea is feverish,

Chronic chest pain and later symptoms of a heart attack in the left hand, jaw or left side of the throat. If there is any symptoms of a heart attack, immediately take 2/3 baby aspirin and try to get to the hospital as soon as possible.
