When I don’t have sugary items for a few days, I don’t crave it.
But when I might cheat, and have that one drink or chocolate bar, holy smokes.
The cravings are crazy.
It really shows you how sugar has a huge effect.
You’re also right, it may seem like a small amount, but by the end of the week, you’ve consumed a 1kg bag of sugar.
I totally agree! I can go downhill FAST if I indulge... The cravings (and withdrawals) are insane, I can't believe it happens that way but it totally does!
