Challenge Completed - 226 reps

Entire workout (excluding pushups) done with 22.5 lb dumbbells.

overhead press (warmup) 10 reps
shoulder press: 12, 10, 9 -> 31 reps
slightly bent rows: 15, 15, 15 -> 45 reps

pushups: 10 sets of 10 -> 100 reps

alternating hammer curls: 12 reps
alternating regular curls: 11 reps
alternating hammer curls: 9 reps
alternating regular curls: 8 reps
