Thank you for visiting @ninahaskin! Over the years I have drastically changed my diet. A plant based diet is the best way to good health.
You're welcome @michaekstobier. I believe that a person should feel recharged and refueled after eating healthy foods, the way I do after consuming fruits and vegetables. Small dietary changes add up fast!
They really do, as long ad they're not GMO.
