I'm starting to lose my health nowadays. When i was in my adolescence stage i tend to eat whatever i wanted to, and not paying attention to what are the effects it can give to my body. Now that i am turning 20 my body starts to depreciate little by little. I feel really bloated and unhealthy. I am now prone to sickness and i feel really tired. Is it because of the food i eat? Turning into a vegan diet is not a trend for me, not anymore.
The increased consumption of fruits and vegetables can lower the rates of cancer, diabetes and etc. Vegan recipes are cheap but healthy and tasty, which is a plus for me as a student who is on the budget everytime. Also, being a vegan don't need to buy more supplements to the body because of the food intakes.
These short information is really intriguing. Should i go Vegan? It is better to change my unhealthy lifestyle little by little than not planning to. :) Good Day!
