Try this breakfast! Its quick and easy and will provide you with all the nutrients you need. The correct balance between protein, carbohydrates and fats! 3 raw eggs(1whole), 30 grams raw oats, one tablespoon cinnamon, one tablespoon peanutbutter mixed with half milk half water. You can add some honey for sweetness! I sometimes add a scoop of whey protein for taste and extra protein.
