Toast with 8 cereals, butter, raspberry jam, coffee with natural soy milk, orange juice.

Midday:
Apple.

Food:
Lentils with red pepper, green pepper, onion, carrot, leek, garlic, butchers sausages, parsley, paprika.
Water and banana.

Dinner:
Cooked salmon, garlic, parsley, natural shredded tomato.
Water and yogurt.
