So here it goes. Version 2 plan for hittig the gym. The V1 was quite successful. Gained a lot of muscle. From a mere 48 Kg, I gained weight and went all the way up to 68 Kg. Had to be away for a while due to reasons varying over many things and finally back at this.
I am planning to use this space to record my daily progress. So hitting the bed now to wake up at 6 AM and hit the gym.
