I had never thought to eat pumpkin for weight loss. When I think of pumpkin, I see a fall decoration and pumpkin pie in which I don't like. I will have to see about actually eating pumpkin. I do like butternut squash so ​if it taste anything like that I will be able to eat it with no problem.
