No gym. Just do this 15 min. stretching to start your day with energy.
Wear comfortable clothes
Stand straight
Stretch to your side
Back to center
Stretch to your side and center again
do this for 2 minutes or so
Then do the same stretching but not form side to side but from back to front, I mean bend your body forward as much as you can then bend backward, in each pose stay as you tolerate.
Do these stretching again.
This will boost your energy in the morning and you can do it when you are on break
It will enhance blood circulation and loosen any muscle stiffness that normally result from sleeping.
