How we lost weight during sleep

We know that sleep is of utmost relevance to health for our body and mind, but sleep fattening or slims?
There are numerous factors that find that sleep really make you lose weigth, how can we justify this true phenomenon?
Our hunger is controlled by various types of proteins, one increases the appetite and otehrs reduce,the fact that we did not sleep, our body active proteins that give us the feeling of hunger, when we have a good night's sleep is the opposite,proteins are stimulated which inhibit hunger, less hunger and fewer calories will be consumed.
Extremely important factor is the muscle composition,the more muscle mass we get greater is caloric, A burning muscle cell burn more calories than fat cell,the fact that is not sleeping enough hours inhibits muscle mass production, person get fatter if not sleep instead increase muscle.
When people have sleep apnea the gain weigth is much more common, the breath while sleeping it is difficult, the person can not even understand you are not sleeping well, and this kind of situation does us feel more tired, and take caffeine, sugar to compense this thougths.
Vast majority of people who had stress, can not sleep, or waking up several times during sleep ...the reason is
called cortisol hormone associated with stress.

Depression, is already considered disease that affects a large number of the population, dominate and control,
deregulating our sleep, and so our food becomes bad, eat incorrect foods,but using the food to make up our emotions and compensate us somehow.The true is we increase a lot of weight

Physical activity, that regularly makes Liberate hormones in the body welfare calls endorphins and serotonin that give us pleasant feeling to our body and allow us to have a more restful sleep,
more relaxed, allowing gain of muscular mass, and help in faster fat loss, if you have the more muscle mass we have more calories are consumed during sleep ,lose more weight.

To get a good body composition lean mass level (muscle) we must to workout , have a good diet and indeed a really good sleep quality.
