Thats cool, but have you heard of Persian Yoga, its the ying to the yang so too speak of traditional yoga, as PY is more active and exhilarating but very mindful. Check my page soon for more info on this ancient and little known art.

Persian Yoga I feel is more of Martial arts and also a lot of use of heavy weight, if not done under guidance can also tear up your muscles and can bring harm to physical body. It has its own pros and cons but it does not ideally meet the definition of traditional yoga. It depends on personal preference while selecting the practice so there is no right or wrong.
