Lesson from the Death of Rich Piana. Side effects of Steroids!!!

For all those who are familiar to bodybuilding and fitness industry may have heard about the death of Bodybuilding and Internet sensation Rich Piana. He died at age 46 after he collapsed at his home following an 'overdose' of steroids.

Rich Piana had about 1 million subscribers on Youtube and over 1.2 million followers on Instagram.

Rich was quite open about his usage of growth hormone Steroids.
He said: “Coming out, talking about steroids, just being straight up with people. I think people trust me. If you have the choice to stay natural or do steroids, stay natural. There’s no reason to do steroids, you’re only hurting your body, you’re hurting yourself."

He had advised his followers to be natural and had talked about the side effects of growth hormone steroids in the following 2 videos.

One can derive few lessons from his death

1. Stay Natural and Eat Healthy.
2. Steroids are long term pain for a short term gain.
3. Never go to extremes.
4. Staying healthy with moderate lifting is not a problem, but Artificial boosting is Dangerous.
5. Think of steroids as a cause of death.
6. Do not waste valuable life that Almighty God has given, use it for constructive purpose.
