Sound Sleep Is Always Required For Good Health

Now a days we have a very busy life style in the office and other working places. When we are in office we take tension of work, when we are at home we take tension home related problems and family and if we have left some time we are busy in mobile phone or computer. Hence we are busy whole day and night.

Due to this busy life, stress,tension and awakening for whole night we could not take sound sleep. This is called insomnia. This disease of insomnia has been increasing very rapidly in the world.

What is Insomnia?

Insomnia is a disease in which we do not sleep and when it comes, sleep only opens in a while. Due to incomplete sleep , our body has bad effect, headache, we do not feel to work anymore, we got angry for small reason.

What is the reason of insomnia?

  • Stress of work
  • Tension of exam
  • Excitement of any work
  • Think more about someone
  • Excessive use of mobile and computer
  • Humidity in room or uncomfortable temperature

If somebody is suffering from insomnia they should adopt following methods to get rid from this disease

  • Try to reduce the use of computer and mobile or any electronic gadgets. When You going to sleep, there should not be mobile or any other entertainment material in the sleeping room.

  • If you have stress or tension of any work, you must share to your family members or your friends, this will reduce your tension and will help you to get a good sleep.

  • Room freshener and light music should be kept in the sleeping room, through which we may get comfortable and sound sleep.

  • For good sleep, you should not sleep in the afternoon.

  • Take dinner 2 to 2.5 hour before going on bed, if this will not adopted individual will be effected from Indigation which is main reason of Insomnia.

  • For sound sleep, you should do yoga and exercise everyday.

  • Bad and uncomfortable mattress can ruin sleep. Due to discomfort, body get muscle strain,body pain, vein clench and harm in body structure. Therefore it is urgently required to change the mattress.
