Hi I have more energy and can think clearer now since I avoided eating certain foods that are high in lectin which is a toxin found in most foods such as breakfast cereals, oats, soy, tofu, rice, wheat, potatoes, tomatoes, whole grain foods, yoghurts and ice cream. If you cant avoid these food completely then you should go for foods that are more refined and avoid whole grain foods altogether, A2 milk is ok and A2 yoghurts varieties are ok.
Lectin problems can be extensive including increased appetite directly linked to weight gain, block hormones so that the brain doesn't receive message that you are full; lectin also punches holes in your intestinal walls and leaks into your bloodstream and letting all kinds of toxins out with them; lectins also damages blood vessels which leads to higher risk of heart disease and hypertension, diabetes and obesity.
Plus top 3 lectin foods to avoid are soy, tree nuts and eggplants. Hope this helps and saving you thousands of dollars in treatments at the doctors and surgery.
