Manuka Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar

I have terrible skin and suffer from adult acne. Someone suggested to me that I should try hot Manuka Honey with Apple Cider Vinegar to help.
I looked on the internet to purchase Manuka Honey and could see that it was selling for nearly s much at £15.00!!! Luckily, I was speaking to another colleague at work who had Manuka Honey and hated it, so she brought it in for me to have. I quickly nipped to Co-op and found Apple Cider Vinegar for 99p.

To hot water, I add 1 teaspoon of Honey and wait for that to dissolve. Then, I add a smidge of old water and a teaspoon of Viniger. Give it a stir, and then sip slowly.

The vinegar taste takes some getting used too, I'm on my second day (5th Drink) and if I sip it slowly, the taste really isn't that bad.
