If there is high calorie intake in food then obesity can be a problem. So add low calorie food to your diet chart. A recent research has shown that if the nutritious diet of low calorie is taken for a long time, then the heart's efficiency remains good despite the aging age.
Dr. Lugi Fountana, Professor of School of Medicine, Washington University of America told that his research is important because for the first time in humans, there is a shortage of calorie food for the old age. He told that before this research, there has been proven that the use of low-calorie food in small mammals has delayed aging. This research has been published in Journal of American College of Cardiology.
According to the report, 25 people were selected in the research, which was given balanced but low calorie food for approximately six and a half years, while 25 people were usually given the food that was eaten in Western countries.
Meanwhile, the researchers studied the functioning of the heart of the persons of both categories and after that these conclusions were concluded.
