HOW TO MAKE OUR LIFE MORE LONG-LIVED
As we age there are changes in body tissues, the deterioration of denture, the aging of the digestive tract, in addition metabolism is changing, then is where we must change the diet to maintain a better state of health.
THE DIET IN OLDER PEOPLE
The calories in the diet should range between 1300 and 200 calories. The ideal ratio is 50 & carbohydrates, 30% protein and 20% fat.
You should avoid foods such as refined sugar, white bread, flours, sweets and alcohol.
Yeast, rice, fruits and nuts, and products that contribute to vitamin B, such as meat, dairy products and derivatives should be included in the diet.
RECOMMENDED HABITS
Physical exercise adapted to age like walking, less intense sports.
Select the food well, preferably which are natural and seasoned.
Take vegetable fiber and drink plenty of water.
I do most of these things but I probably eat too many calories!

i recently gave up coffee and sugar. Truthfully , i am not always hungry, but I feel so much better. I think coffee was making me nauseated all the time. That was horrible. Green tea now and fresh fruits and veggies. My energy is so much more now.
