Very informative, thanks! I've been thinking about trying this for a few weeks now. But reading this pulled me over the line. Would you recommend to directly start with a 20/4 schedule or first try a lighter on like you did at first? All of these more or less fit fine in my daily routines.

I started with a gentle routine and observed how I adapted. As it's not a diet, but mostly a habit, it helps starting on an easier routine, just to be sure the habit sticks.
