** Cereal **
Some cereals do contain sugar. But most are enriched with vitamins and minerals as well as vitamin D.
**Egg yolk **
Egg yolks have the most vitamins and minerals from the egg part, including 41 IU parts of vitamin D.
** Mackerel fish **
Mackerel has a nutritional profile similar to that of tuna, but has a lower mercury content.
Mackerel is also rich in vitamin D, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and a good source of protein and can lower blood pressure.
