I definitely noticed since lockdown that my health was getting affected by being sat down so much. When you work in the office you move about quite a lot. At home, not so much. I make a conscious effort now to get out at lunch and walk like a fucker. It all adds up. Throw in stone gymery and yer laughing! Hopefully šŸ™‚

Right. I guess the commute, skiving in the bogs, and/or needing to speak to the person at the other end of site does add up!

I had that Amazfit watch during lockdown and beyond, and some days came to less than 1k steps - doh!

Sounds like you got a reasonable walking routine going on, which is why I think you deserve a nightcap this eve!

I was never out the bogs when in the office. Wrote most of my hive posts there, lol.

I try to hit the 10K daily. When I first got my Fitbit I was horrified that on some WFH days I was scraping in less than 2K steps!

Now a bad day is 6or 8K.

And it deserves the very nightcap I am having šŸ˜„šŸ˜„
